Every piece at LIS Designs is thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail and quality. As a result, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.

All products undergo a thorough quality check before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • It should be in its original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

STORE CREDIT

While refunds are not provided, eligible returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items purchased directly from physical stores
